Speak it out if it makes u feel better. I do. I don’t care about “social reprocussions” since what I say is usually logically right, even when it doesn’t sound good.
I don’t say them, however, when I wanna social engineer those teammates into performing better. And that, is unfortunately, as tiring as trying to control current soldier’s recoil with csgo habits built in.
they can improve in different things
they might have amazing mechanics but garbage gamesense
or vice versa
Sometimes players who don’t play competitive as much or having a bad day and jumped on competitive.
Everybody start with high SR ,if you win some games you actually can get some ranks without know the game much. Also, people who mains anything loss at least 1/2 of the game experience (actual playing and know some heroes). A lot of factors, some heroes aren’t too popular and not much “meta” for a long time, so keep in mind that too.
When I say about less main hero or main role, it’s most because you really loss 1/2 or more about game experience. People needs to know how each hero plays, each role plays and play the best choice for that scenario (team+map+objective+enemyteam)
Role queue, can motivate people to main certain role or hero and that reduce his overall experience and vision of the entire game. It’s better for new players because you don’t need to know much and you have limited choice in limited time (at least the first minutes of the game). The problem lays that you only know the heroes you play, if you’re not a good teammate you won’t know much of your teammates, if you don’t analyze your opponents and maps you won’t know much of their perks either. It’s a series of factors like:
Lag, bad day, main hero, main role, much time without playing, boosted account, other team played better, your team don’t played well, PC issues, focus loss, distractions.
I’m not exactly a social engineer, but I appreciate your efforts. I’d rather people just play like they’re in competitive to learn for a change. Meanwhile I just keep chugging on.
Me neither, but manipulating prompting people into doing what u want them to do is, unfortunately, a part of the skill one need for team-based competitive games.
I’ll say it like this: I think everyone possesses the means to learn. I shouldn’t have to hold their hand.
I mean, yeah, but it’s the cost of me trying as hard as possible to rank up, and it sorta pays.
However, I still do that with utter contempt if I am forced to do so instead of me doing it fully willingly.
Ok, well, I guess I’m just not nice enough to do that
a lot of people that were too lazy to improve and just played easy heroes when they were broken
