It’s less that Mei is bad but more like what is really common in the enemies you are going up against. Widow, for example, is REALLY common in games at the moment.
She’s not as amazing without being to hold m1 and freeze people but she does serve a unique purpose other DPS can’t do and is an amazing defensive option. Just not the greatest since she doesn’t really hard counter any meta heroes.
