Gold isn’t really elo hell, I got alt accounts and friends’ accounts (they stopped playing ow) which I played and climbed out of gold. But it’s a tough climb I can tell you that, most gold players yet to understand how their heroes should played, eg poor zarya bubble timing, ana nades for herself, moira going pure dps mode… etc.
My advice is to pick heroes with best carry potential. You can’t do much about team comps, I ever played in matches with 4 dps and 1 zen. I went ana for most carry potential and win most of it. Most. Lol
