Is Brazilian server down?

All day people are being redirected to ORD1 (ping >160ms).

They missed up with the servers lately even in middle east servers too.

Ok it’s been DAYS already with this issue. When are you going to solve it? I’d use to have 48-50ms, now I’m at 190-200ms in Competitive. It’s unplayable for a FPS game

Same problem, +200ms, again

same here, 170+ ping in Chile, joining in ranked games in ord1 servers

same problem here, please at least let us chose the server.

They hid the servers in the hole where the sun doesn’t shine.

I guess this will reach 1 or 2 months without a single explanation from Blizzard. It’s getting tiresome

Its a shame no explanation has been given to this moment.

Rarely I get a match in the right server. Comp is dead, people only have the courage to play quick play.

It’s an old problem that happens from time to time. Never been truly fixed.

I might have found somewhat what is causing this.

Still happening, such a shame than no one from Blizzard is willing to explain wth is happening and when this will get fixed

Same thing happening here in Brazil, this is so frustrating.

the high ping is absurd! I used to be on a NA match once in a blue moon, and now it’s the total opposite, every game is NA and only very few matches in SA, completely unacceptable

In X (twitter) today they make an announcement of fixing this issue
“Hoy, publicamos una corrección para el ping alto en las regiones de América del Sur.
Esperamos que las cosas mejoren en los próximos días y nos disculpamos por cualquier inconveniente durante esta mitigación”
