Idk if it´s just me or today the echo of shooting is overwhelming today. Sounds like thunders all the time and makes it hard to distinguish specific sounds for heroes.
I had a weird bug last night where the audio was all SUPER quiet
Except the heroes voices
So there was a Winston who ulted, made 0 noise, and all I could hear was the grunting of him punching
While funny, it was a bit… Unsettling to hear only moaning and grunting

I had to close out of the game for it to fix itself.
Now I have a question that might answer why this happened (At least on my end)
Were you using the new emotes (the Le Sserafim ones) as the round started?
Yeah mine keeps going quiet in random spots for some reason.
This reminds me of the build up to the release of OW2 and how one of their big selling points were the revamped/improved sound effects of the game which I don’t even notice lol

Went to look at my replay and that was the one thing I noticed I was doing before the bug started for me where there was just voices
Though it carried over into another round where I was playing LW, so was just seeing if it broke and just stayed broken

Old skins, old emotes. The only “new” skin I used today was crimson knight Mercy
could be a bug or some sort of delay but man this game stinks when oyur playing support and your teammates go to far away
Some player in my match said they couldn’t hear anything like it was muffled mid comp match

psure there is a bug with the le sserafim kit.
when whalestacks are running those skins the audio cuts in/out.
needs to be addressed in bug report forums and flagged as an exploit if they keep doing it.
I don´t own any serafim cosmetics.
Nor do I, but it affects those in the lobby.
just make a note next time it cuts out and see if there are some whales.

Haven’t had that, friend mentioned an issue though. I have noticed that Kiriko’s TP has been silent since the last major patch though.
That would explain why players are so extra terrible today as they are every single day. No audio.
Same thing happened to me yesterday when playing kiriko.
Pretty sure it’s freja bugging it with her right click. It seems she can apply the audio muffling to the entire lobby and stick it like that
