issue is as it sounds. playing reinhardt on offense on havana, bug started after beginning a charge while spawning at first spawnpoint. issue began with not being able to see my own charachter, no hammer, no visible firestrikes, no visible ultimate grahphics. gamplay still worked fine though. after dying and respawning once, i was able to see myself, but not the enemy orisa, which was PROBLEMATIC. instead, i saw the floating red light in the orisa’s place, and was unable to see things like where she was shooting or her javelin. after another death, the issue was seemingly fixed.
