Invasion DLC Bundle Steam but didn’t receive anything

It’s been over 8 hours since release, and I still do not have the stuff I bought. Watch a terrible launch on Steam.

Same here, I bought the content on Steam because I cannot wait never to load the Battlenet app again. I linked my Steam account, launched the game, and boom, locked out of content unless purchased from the shop. FML

They are probably waiting it out in case some people who purchased via Steam break down and buy in the shop. It is not refundable.

This really isn’t acceptable Blizzard and isn’t good CS. We require an update on this asap, this is really not on for a company of your size and your are treating this as something of a small issue when its every person on steam that has the issue.

I purchased it from the shop and I still don’t have it.

Steam will stop you from buying something you have already purchased unless you are going to buy it for someone else

Mine finally registered with my account.

still nothing. it really leaves a sour taste.

Did it just randomly pop or did you refresh the game randomly?

I’ve been in and out of the game all day. It’s finally showed the DLC as being bought.

and they reflected that in the game and your happily playing invasion now?

I just got done playing Invasion. It’s only an hour worth of content.

4 hours since purchase. Still haven’t received it in game.

Hi, I’m replying to this to give some insight to anyone who is looking for answers. I bought this for steam close to release, I did not receive it. Around 5 hours later with no luck I spent about 2.5 hours troubleshooting trying everything in the book. I can say with confidence that there is no trick with this as it is not a downloading issue but an issue with the game not acknowledging the steam dlc. So don’t uninstall the game (I’ve tried). Don’t validate the files (I’ve tried like 10 times). Don’t exit steam (I’ve tired). Just open the game to see if you have it and close it and do something else. Don’t waste your time like I did. It will probably be resolved within the next few days. You might have seen this on a different post I’m just trying to spread the word to hopefully save someone’s time.

I have just received my purchase, right after leaving negative Steam review :smiley:
All I did was rebooting my PC, launched Steam and the game. Then I left it open for about 5 minutes. When I went back to the game it had access to PvE and my balance went 1000 coins up.

Response from Steam support:

Our records show the transaction was successful.

If the purchase is missing in-game, you will need to contact the game’s support department directly. They can verify the status of your purchase and add the missing content if there has been an error.

Be sure to include the Steam Transaction ID as proof of purchase:
Navigate to Steam Help and log in with your Steam account.
After you have logged in, click on Purchases.
Find the in-game purchase and click on it to view your receipt. The Transaction ID is included in the purchase details.

To add to that Blizzard have DELIBERATELY decided to keep their Live Chat closed today because they knew that this would happen. I was ready to go with Live Chat when they were about to open and nothing… still not open now.
