Hey all, This is already something that our network technicians are investigating and they should be working directly with Cox to get it resolved. If we need any additional information we will make a post to request it. In the meantime if you’d like to use a mobile hotspot or a VPN that would likely work around the issue and allow you to play without disconnecting.

Once we have updates available to we will post them here.
