I was watching Emre’s kit overview on the Overwatch website when I saw something I remembered seeing before. When Emre fires with his ult, he leaves a mark on the ground of an eye with six dots above and below it.
I could have sworn I had seen it before, so I went back and watched Sombra’s origin trailer from way back, and sure enough at about 0:46 its the same symbol that pops up which prompted her to get upgrades because she was noticed as a hacker. It appears again later at around 1:19 with her big connections map all culminating at that symbol again.
Both Sombra and Emre seem to have some kind of connection to this symbol, with Sombra being spooked enough to essentially erase her identity while Emre seems to be under the thumb of whatever this is.
Just an interesting find… no clue where its going.
