Inspire hps conflicting with repair pack hps?

i want to make inspire heal a total of 130 healing (90 to 130) and have repair pack heal 60 hps (55 to 60). how can i make it so they don’t conflict together?

I just hope that you don’t already modify Brigs Healing dealt…
