Input Delay/Lag After PC Upgrade

Title ^^^

After giving my PC a huge overhaul, I’ve noticed some Input Lag pop up.
This only happens in overwatch specifically, I have tested with other games such as Rust and CSGO, both of which perform perfectly fine. This issue did not occur on my old build.

Old Build:
i5 4690k @4ghz
8Gb HyperX Fury RAM @1333Mhz
ASUS GTX 1070 Dual OC
500GB SATA SSD

New Build:
Ryzen 7 3700x @4.2Ghz
16Gb Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB @ 2666Mhz
ASUS GTX 1070 Dual OC
500GB SATA SSD

Both builds run the game at a stable framerate, however, the old build did not have the input latency/lag issues. I am running the game in full screen mode and have windows 10 full screen optimization disabled.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try to see if you can measure it, by pressing control + shift + N.

Maybe give this a try:

GUIDE: Maximizing System Performance for Overwatch (PC)

monitor refresh rate?
ingame settings?

Curious to see if you figure this one out. I had a similar old PC that had no issues with overwatch until I upgraded to newer hardware. I’ve been back and forth with blizzard trying to figure out my issue and they’re unsure if its internet or PC related (I don’t have my old PC anymore so I can’t test it).

If you disable the Overclock does it improve? It’s possible it’s unstable in the current state.
