I’m making yet ANOTHER post about this because I’m tired of the automated ticket replies that don’t address my issues. It’s been well over a week and a half since the Keybind/hotfix update and my account is locked into indefinite queues, whether or not it’s because of a bug is beyond me. The GMs I’ve communicated with have said that I’m not suspended or shadowbanned so I have no idea.
I waited upwards of 45 minutes for a tank quick play queue and nothing. I can’t even join custom servers or go into death match because there’s never anyone in there, just me in the server. Please this is very ridiculous I gave this company money at the start of the season and I can’t even play with any cosmetics I bought. Is there no way a dev sees this? Is my account just permanently locked? It’s so frustrating to get these AI ticket responses..
