The previous season I was Diamond 1 DPS, Platinum 3 Support and Platinum 4 Tank. From my understanding I should have received the title “Diamond Role Challenger” along with some friends I play with that has the same overall 3 ranks and they received the Diamond title while I received the Platinum Role title.
Receiving the correct title would be much appreciated!
The Devs have acknowledged this bug: Overwatch 2 Known Issues - April 11, 2023. However, we still need to keep spreading the word about this bug so that they actually fix it unlike the bugged career profiles and missing end-of-season rewards from other previous seasons like Season 36.
