In-World Text Position/Shake reduction

Looking for suggestions/formulas/possible fixes for reducing in-world text and icon position shaking while player is moving. The HUD progress bars are too big for the amount of bars I require - multiple target UI rpg etc. I might end up making it HUD based but I’m worried about reaching the character limit if I create a bunch of ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ strings for 4-5 characters.
