What is the minimal GPU recommended for overwatch to run smoothly? by that I mean at 60 fps consistently and safely, at medium graphics, with textures and everything running smoothly and not blurry or anything… I’m aware of the minimal specs but I’m looking for something a bit better in terms of performance.
They do have a recommended setup on the minimum requirements page, so anything at that point or above.

You should always mention your budget, but anything > 200€ should be fine.
Also you may consider 144hz in the future.
Mentioning your monitor resolution is also very important to answer your question correctly.
