In love with Juno

She just has a very enjoyable kit while being one of the more fair supports we’ve gotten in recent years. I think a majority of players just aren’t used to a Support that doesn’t have some immortality or massive self heal ability and so it’s much easier to fumble with her.
Now no Hero is without faults and where Juno struggles at the most is probably her dueling potential and overall ability to combat heavy dive, currently if they’re running dive odds are you’ll need to switch off and i wish i could say this is unique but we’ve been playing counterwatch for awhile, ya’ll remember when the devs said they’re aiming to reduce how strong counters are?

I don’t know if I agree with this. Usually just AD spamming in her speed ring allows me to dodge most shots while returning fire for quite a bit of time. The only time I really crumble is against multiple people at once, which is the case for any hero I play (that isn’t broken cough cough ana cough cough).

Yeah, usually it’s not too bad but when you get a D.va that just decides nothing else matters aside you game becomes dead by daylight lmao

Illari would be a better choice if I was no?

In my opinion, its mostly DPS mains who like underperforming easy to kill supports. They bring almost no form of value comparing to other supports, and are relatively easy to deal with.

I feel like a good Juno is difficult to deal with due to the mobility + speed ring mix? I can’t fathom the majority enjoys fighting Baptiste’s three health bars and Kiri’s “can’t touch this” playstyle

I’m having a blast with her. I’ve played far more Juno this season than any other hero. She isn’t the best in every situation but it seems like she’s at least an okay choice in almost any situation. Maybe not so much if your team is full of hitscans and Doomfist, or the enemy team is full dive.

Sure not, but they do enjoy fighting Mercy, Moira (high ranks), Ana and Zen (except tanks maybe), Illari (if they can aim better). Even LW.

I feel Juno has fun kit, but comparing to other support kits, its very underwhelming. Not necessarily fault of Juno’s design, but unless Blizzard does something about Suzu, Immo, Discord, Nano, Nade, Kitsune, i feel designs like Juno will always be ‘‘niche’’.

That’s totally fair. I don’t think every hero needs to be S Tier as long as they’re playable, I mean, for Juno all she would really need is a few tweaks to be just standard I think a revert to her fire rate would help alot

I’ve said this before but playing her on PC at least is fun for the hands. Unlike launch lifeweaver that made your finger numb from charging near constantly.

She’s a frenetic hero so for players that like to spaz out she’s perfect

Aa someone who jump spams when there’s no one around she also makes that fun

I dig her a bunch too. She has a very engaging set of tools, and there is rarely one I sit on too long. I like her balance between hps/dps/support, with a nice lean into mobility.

I also think she’s one of the most “fair” supports on the roster, in that if you touch her, at all, she dies. So zero death game are quite rewarding.

I can’t see DPS players complaining too much about her, because she pops so easily. She’s also not Sleeping them, stunning them, or Freezing them.
Her healing is good, but not so good that she erases a bad player’s mistakes.
Her support ring helps a ton in a fight, or as an escape for someone, but doesn’t make anyone invincible.
Her healing/dps rockets are nice, but she has to expose herself to use them effectively.
And I dig her ultimate to help a team when they push, or help them fall back if things all go wrong.

I just started playing her. She reminds me a bit of Ana and LW, the ability to augment your team’s damage/speed, while keeping them alive with your aim. She’s fun.

She’s a great healer if you have the space and tracking skills to do so. At low ranks or QP she is hot garbage.

I’m almost Plat and getting value off her but maybe I’m just getting lucky

True, but that’s more so D.va being broken than Juno being weak.

Juno is just a Zen with a double jump, but way less powered. That’s why everyone loves her, because she is a free kill with low potential to 1v1 anyone on the roster.

Juno’s dmg and healing is consistent but it isn’t burst. It isn’t like kiri or bap, but its like Moira. I like it, tbh.

Absolutely unbelievable she didn’t get nerfed man.

I usually disengage and use my movement to get out of 1v1s but it isn’t always an option with other highly mobile heroes.

I like it too i just wish they’d revert the fire rate nerf

The fire rate nerf was a mistake and I’m convinced that blizzard is entirely composed of chaotic neutral people who make changes just to make them.

They HAVE to be like I get they’re working with limited staff due to layoffs but that doesn’t excuse that when they have a shot at fixing something they deliberately ignore all issues. I’m fairly certain they just have a group of heroes they want Meta 24/7
