In game ping much higher than if I ping from Command line

I’m pinging the below IPs, which is form the blizzard support articles themselves. I get 50ms ping in cmd and avg 80ms in game. I realize the server tick rate is 64hz so that adds 15ms. So shouldn’t my ping be 65 average?

A pathping is just a single packet repeatedly sent to the datacenter location. When you’re playing the game, there is a lot more data to process. My pathping is about 20ms lower than my game ping.
