you’re literally saying at various times “but she’s not popular tho” at statements to say to buff her into viability directly implying as that being the reason/justification not to buff her.
I would like to quote what you said in response to when I applied sym standards on other heroes:
she’s certainly optional but she ain’t viable except as a taxi on certain points of certain maps, which goes to show how she isn’t fine.
people have been winning with sym1.0 but that was objectively under powered. if that was a legit point to justify that a hero was fine, then there’s various buffs in the history of the game balancing to invalidate with that point.
did I say to remove team tp? no. buffing her ability to individually contribute doesn’t mean she can’t have team strats. her current value is gatekept by the input of her teammates. that’s a really flawed design. it’d be as flawed as taking away midrange (or longer), mobility and sustain abilities from the rest of the dps, or leaving tanks and supports without damaging capabilities.
that’s not fine esp in a game where most people single queue, teammates are random and players are rewarded individually.
