You’re angry at blizzard because you can’t get out of bronze?
Go to YouTube type in bronze to GM and tell me how many results you get.
If you’re good enough and actually belong in a higher rank you will eventually climb.
I’m not saying it’ll be easy but you can climb if you actually belong in a higher rank.
The main tanks I play are rein and d.va. You can’t always get the best stats in bronze because you have you have to try to work with what you got. Like in this match we were rolling the enemy team until our winston went afk but I noticed no one was pushing the cart, so I had to go back and help push it. Our moira wasn’t doing much so I couldn’t push as hard as I wanted to. It’s pure chaos. Teams don’t push much so I have to play much more passively or I’ll just overextend by myself. It’s not like higher ranks where once you get a pick everyone pushes forward.
Also, my teams die to ults all the time that people wouldn’t die to in higher ranks. It doesn’t matter if I’m the only one to survive.
I’m just happy on tank if I even get supports who heal. In plat when I’m playing rein I get smothered in heals.

I once had tank in silver, and yeah… my friend was Moira main in who dropped from gold to low silver… turns out she was DPS Moira who did like 3k heals per sec… so she didn’t even deserve silver LOL

I was only silver on that acct cause I did all my placements with that person and we lost every single game and she never healed me, and I ended up yelling at her on the mic to heal me and it ultimately destroyed our friendship after i found out about her highest healing ever for a season was… 4k lol
I tried to teach her how to play properly but she wouldn’t have none of it and went back to her old ways, and we stopped being friends cause I wouldn’t play with her and help her get back to gold LOL
Bronze is 80% Plat players, 15% Diamond players and 5% actual bronze players.
There are probably more actual Plats in bronze than in Plat.

This. I got a new account, placed in gold, and was out in like 3 hours. Keep in mind, I’m like high diamond, and that was gold. If I was MASTERS in bronze, I’d carry on heroes I’m awful at.
Yea I dread every time I get a moira. What’s worse is a lot of them try to solo the enemy team by themselves.

Bronze is pretty easy to climb tbh. It shouldn’t be that hard. There is going to be plat/gold smurfs in bronze rather than master/gm smurfs. Once you start winning a lot of games in a row, they will start to match you up with smurfs.
I’m plat gold as well have a hardstuck account in bronze as well as low silver, once you go past a couple seasons in a rank in a account the mm will tryhard to keep you there.
And while gold and above you can climb with patience but bronze is such a turd mix full of Smurfs throwers griefers leavers.
not true. my friend was a hardstuck bronze for 3 seasons and then last season he got to gold by climbing by himself. My other friend dropped from gold to bronze and in that season he got himself back to high silver by himself. I gotten a 600 sr account to all the way to mid gold by myself. its really not that hard. I’m in plat/diamond

Not correct. It’s not even. Assuming there is a T500 smurf in the match, and that you are not that T500 smurf, then it is a ~54.5% (6/11) chance the T500 smurf will be on the enemy team.
If there is actually a T500 smurf deciding every match, you would always have a winrate of ~45.5% (5/11).
I will say that on PC, I believe such smurfs are unusual. Most Bronze smurfs appear to be Plat to Diamond, compared to the skill seen in deathmatch, but of course, since major reasons for smurfing include goofing around with plays that normally wouldn’t succeed and playing while intoxicated, they could simply be playing below their level.
