Problem is I shouldn’t have to make my own fun in a game, especially not one with assets this amazing. Overwatch has the potential to be a world class game and it’s continually being withheld from us in a format in which we can enjoy it.
Imagine how much better Overwatch would be if you could, say, join a guild of likeminded people that played roughly at your level, and any time you logged in there was a Guild Queue you could play in that would sort you with familiar tanks, healers and DPS based on what you liked, so that you were always motivated not just to play your best so your guildmates would like you, but to be well mannered and likeminded. People could have childish immature COD guilds, sure, but people could have well mannered and high expectations too - that’s the thing about Guilds. It allows players to cultivate their own type of experience pool, so that they can find likeminded individuals, and have the best personal experience that suits their needs!
Instead we’ve been waiting over 4 years now for Blizzard to implement a ‘Blizzard wide’ guild system so that they can confuse the idea of Guilds by making your guild across all platforms of game, because you know what -I- want in my Overwatch guild? A bunch of Starcraft and Hearthstone players! 
This is just one of the many examples of Blizzard just ruining what could be a great game, and it says nothing of Balance which is a subject that is a bit more subjective based on opinion. The in game experience is TERRIBLE right now, and that is Blizzard’s fault.
