illi is not on top of the leaderboards for EU NA or Asia servers and you want to nerf something on her… really??

A skilled Illari can beat any Tracer.

i think she’s really fun right now def my most played support this season, kinda weaker than other supports but i think that’s because other supports are too strong right now more than she is weak

It was 1s for max charging(0.3s recovery + 0.7s charging), and is 0.85s(0.2s + 0.65s) now and will be 0.9s(0.25s + 0.65s). So, about 5-6% dps nerf for max charging, and about 10% nerf for min charging. (The RoF of min charging shot is not the same as shot per recovery time)
