Considering D.Va is supposed to be 19 and Kiri’s age + the Shimada brothers ages make no sense lore wise, I’m convinced all these ages are just random numbers pulled from a hat with no real meaning.

To be fair the spear can’t kill a skinny girl in a jumpsuit. and she only starts shooting after you break a law. like fleeing during a traffic violation. or committing a traffic violation. or hitting her with more than one soccer ball
I dont know she looks like having some kind of lines like Sojurn. I think energy flows through them.
Imagine someone skipping an stop signal then a robotic pony starts chasing the car while shooting then pulls off the driver and impales it to the wall instead of placing handcuffs.
