Cassidy isn’t strong after the hitscan range nerfs. He lacks range, mobility and has the worst ultimate in the game.

meanwhile, genji in GM while being a 1% pickrate hero (6% in a 100% scale) has a 57% winrate.

So he’s definitely niche, but wins when the situation favors him.
