The 195 dps takes 4 secs to charge. 130 dps now takes the place of the old 120 dps, at 2 secs charge. However, lock on is also removed and you need to hit to charge increasing charge time further.
Also, Tracer does 240 dps out the box which can reach 480 dps with headshots, something Sym can’t do. What I’m saying is there are more broken dps numbers than Sym’s, if hers is indeed now broken.
People seem to be forgetting a lot of things just so they can cry “OP, plz nerf!”. Ugggh…
