The devs keep falling in this trap, and apparently you are too. Dva is objectively overtuned. Everyone knows this except for dva players apparently.
Did dva get speed boosted in ow1 from lucio amp? I swear I don’t remember boosters being able to get boosted. I’m pretty sure the problem in ow2 right now is that dva’s boosters ignore the speed boost cap and just straight up breaks it.
I could be entirely wrong though, but like I’ve NEVER seen dva move as fast as she does with boosters and speed ring, it’s like ridiculous.
