If you’re good at the game you’ll be playing against other people who are good at the game and a good team with a decent comp will stomp all over the one without one.

unless your doing skrims or its a really high end top500 game…your probably fine to have whatever weird comp you can imagine.
I have won lots of games with 1 tank and 5 dps… 1 tank 4 dps 1 support… and I have lost to those comps as well as comps with no tank.
The 1 tank 5 dps match was one of the most fun matches I have ever played. Hammond, Genji, Tracer, Doomfist, Reaper, and sombra…
Up in Masters, where comp actually matters, your team has lost the game at hero select if it has 4 DPS in it. 3 DPS can reasonably expect to have a chance, but just forget it if you have 4. I have won a game with 4+ DPS on my team perhaps once out of the dozens of times I’ve had it. Anyone that says otherwise (I win quite often with these trash comps) is either not keeping track properly, is blatantly lying, or is such a low rank that it’s not a relevant opinion.

The people in charge of everything regarding the game are not the problem. It is me… Because I play a certain role?
It is when you play that role when the team already has 4 DPS but not a single healer or tank. And when that mindset happens with 5 out of the 6 players on your team, we end up in the state we’re in now.
Anyone who thinks it’s okay to play with no tanks at any rank beyond plat has an embarrassingly poor understanding of how this game works.
I am a firm believer of “do not hate the player, hate the game.” It is a wise statement that understands that people will always exploit games and that is a design issue.
