It’s highly suspicious we might get dev update today… Hopefully
They can stream out small changes like these without pushing a real patch.

Might be the new system Jeff hinted about? That they will push patches live quicker as server-side hotfixes?
If that’s the case there really should be an in-game notification of when things have changed. Many confused players live when they just stealth patches things.

This. I was looking at the launcher for patch notes and was really confused that there weren’t any.
They have pre-installs that come with the bigger patches, so it doesn’t require anyone to update for smaller updates. Unless it’s a hotfix.
Maybe that’s the point. Get real test data by uploading to live without telling anyone, then seeing how they play naturally without any extra expectations or biases. I’d be cool with that, although maybe it’d be best to only apply the hidden changes to arcade/QP for testing…
Edit: The more I think about it, the more it sounds like a questionable idea though

did you have ptr installed? maybe they just copy over the ptr files
