Ideas for next Experimental

Current patch isn’t going to do much, so might as well get started on the next one.

Overview:
This gets rid of “Rein or Lose”, but keep DoubleBarrier in check by getting rid of it’s NotTank Peeler options.

And throw in some nerfs to high damage ranged heroes, who can also combo for a full Tank’s worth of damage in 1.5sec. (Aka, melt a DiveTank)

Orisa

  • 600 barrier on a 7sec cooldown

Sigma

  • 1000 barrier with higher regen

Mei

  • A Tank, with at least 350hp

Brig

  • 400hp barrier
  • 200hp, 50armor
  • Shield bash
    • No stun
    • 10m range
    • 30 damage
    • Resets cooldown when landing a whipshot
  • Whipshot
    • No knockback
    • Flips the enemy’s camera angle the direction that Brig is facing (I.e. Usually 180 degrees behind)
    • Sideways mouse movement is disabled for 0.2sec.
  • RepairPack
    • Does not go through enemy barriers/matrix, cannot target friendlies through enemy barriers.

Bap

  • ImmoField
    • 0.8sec cast time, 0.2sec deploy time
      • Cannot be bypassed by throwing down
    • 50% damage reduction
    • 15sec cooldown

McCree

  • 4sec cooldown on FanTheHammer

Hanzo

  • StormArrows reduced to 3
  • Storm Arrow projectile speed increase to 130m/s
  • StormArrows richochet off surfaces

Lucio

  • Less knockback on Boop, but his movement speed adds to the knockback strength
  • Default knockback at 50% of current
  • Maximum boosted knockback up to 150% of current

Alternative change for LucioBoop/Whipshot.

All “Ranged-Knockbacks” reverted back to 2018 style.

All “PointBlank-Knockbacks” stay the same.

Interesting, I’ve never thought about this idea.

They could just do the April 1st one again. At least that one was good.
