It’s so weird seeing people talk avout gen 6 on Pokemon. I literally haven’t played the game since Gold/Silver. Back when you could play Pokemon on Gameboy Color.
Those were the good old times.

I don’t think there is a single pokemon game in the history of pokemon games that has microtransactions in it. You buy the game. You get the game. The FULL game.
EDIT : Mystery dungeon had a few extra dungeons that you could get for a couple of £ but when it comes to mainstream games. There isn’t any.
The whole game if you download it will take up less than 10 gigs so I’m hoping they give us updates down the road to include the rest of the dex since the Switch can do that, either way I got them at a good price and I will play them Friday.

Depends on your definition of pokemon game. Pokémon shuffle, Rumble Blast, Quest, and Go all have microtransactions

I don’t really care about the Dex cut. It’s fine to me.
However, I really want to like these new Pokémon designs, but only 2-3 out of the entire Galarian pokedex appeal to me. I’ve never seen a generation with this many boring designs. And that’s coming from someone who’s favorite generation is Gen 5.
Spent some time(5min) trying to find the OG reddit post comparing the SW/SH to the 3ds models but couldn’t find it
I think the interesting thing to take away in both cases is the companies know they’ll make money, regardless of their fan’s feelings.
On Overwatch 2, for me, it’s just a case of value for money. I’ve always wanted a good PVE portion of Overwatch, but if I don’t think there’s enough content for the price they’re asking then of course I’m not going to buy it 
But I’m not making any decisions till I know more of course.

What point exactly? as shown by the many pokemon fan replies, a lot of people do care about the topic you brought and by stretching so do those who reply to the “i will not buy ow2” threads, according to your reasoning at least.
megas we op. i get why they wanted them gone. instead of nerfing megas they just tossed them all.
Honestly, I’d have loved it if they added 0 new pokemon, and instead cranked out Megas for every lineage.
