I was shown as being the wrong rank while ranking (7 wins)

Hi,

I was Silver 4 in ranked mode. I won the 7 games and as the ranking up/down was happening, I was shown as being Bronze 5 and then ranked up to Bronze 1 ???

I wasn’t Bronze 5, I was Silver 5. Literally jsut, 2 days ago, after the 7 wins, I was S5 and stayed S5. And now shows me as BRonze 5?

I am so confused???

I know blizzard can’t change my rank back to where I was, but they got to fix this bug

i had the same bug, but from platin 4 it showed me i was gold 5 and ranked up to gold 1, what a bad bug, now gotta grind again

I played over 90 Wins as Support and was ranked Platin 4. Then after 3-4 Days not playing i made again 7 Wins. It showed that i was Gold 5 and ranked up to Gold 1, eventho i was Platin 4. It should have showed that i am Platin 4 and derank to Gold 1 but even that could not be, since i made 7 Wins and just 3 Losses with pretty good stats. Dear Devs, please watch in my logs what happend and what caused the error!
