I won’t pick 3rd DPS until the highest SR people get their pick.
That would be a cool idea if everyone picked their hero in timely manner. The person with the highest SR gets to pick first, and so on.

I don’t think it’d matter because you can change your heroes at any time. You could have the first 2-3 people pick something standard. Then the 4th picks something odd and refuses to change.
The team has to decide whether to attempt to play around or synergize with the odd pick or ignore it. It would be better just to talk with your team and come up with a strategy together.

talk with your team…in random que…where everyone is a main…and nobdoy can deal with their counters…yeah…fat dream.
I don’t think people liked this OP, as it was there in Season 1 and was removed quickly at Season 2.
This would…create some problems.
the people with the lowest SR will constantly be stuck playing healer, and healers get less SR anyways so people with lower SRs at season start will be Mercy and Moira mains by the time it ends.
And honestly, whats to stop the lower SR people from just picking DPS anyways? It’s what I’d do 
I wouldnt like some mechanic trying to force me onto a role I don’t want, especially under the assumption that I’m “worse” than my teammates.
It’d also make the game incredibly toxic right out the gate. Imagine that one douchebag who thinks he’s going to “carry” on Hanzo when the team has double-shields, Pharmercy, Junkrat, and gets outsniped by their Ana— but refuses to switch because “im higher than you you should play around me.”

when i was 3400 and i qued with a 2500 plat people would autolock dps away from some 3 games away from master. it would be nice for a devency out of people to let the highest sr play dps
