Yes but for a country so big, they have a surprising lack of representation. Mexico, Russia, and even Antartica all have maps.

A new tank. A science experiment by Talon to make a person who could change shape for infiltration. However, they messed up and created a being of sentient maple syrup.

A tank that moves fast, has high damage resist but no shields. Can slow enemies by attacking them and with enough build up get them stuck in place. His ultimate? Creates an area that causes slow movement by stepping inside. Large hitbox to shield his team with his body.

Not sure where this entitlement comes from but there are larger countries than Canada with no representation as well. Let alone more historic countries. I mean leaves are fine and dandy but when Italy and Spain (as an example) have no characters yet why on earth would anyone prioritise canada over them?

If by “larger”, you mean physical size, there is only one such country, and it already has a map and a hero.

Besides, there’s clearly already a Canadian hero: Avalanche Bastion turns into a snowmobile and wears a toque.
