Comparing to rank averages isn’t useful either, because each game has different team comps which results in different styles of play.
For example, if you play healer in a match with double flanker DPS and a heavy barrier comp, you should probably expect to have overall low healing since DPS will be using medkits and tanks may be absorbing lots of damage into barriers. But that doesn’t mean you personally performed below average.
Numbers also aren’t the end-all-be-all of performance, especially on support/tank. Healing the right person at the right time, or blocking the right source of damage is far more important than elims, damage/healing done or objective time.
