Its a bit of a long story but the short version is the Freemasons wanted their own system, a Humanistic system: feet measured for lengths (my foot is actually 12" long), body temp measured for Fahrenheit, cups for quarts and gallons (baking/cooking) and pounds based on the Roman system of measurement (the international avoirdupois pound lol).

You, know theres a command line in the TF2’s console for VR, but you can activate it manually or in launch options, and you POV changes to the eyes of the characters, and the camera moves they way you are walking very cool.
