It went EXACTLY as I thought. People dont realize that this is a POTENTIAL loss for a future player base and does not downgrade the current PvP product. Yes, the 3 lost years suck, but we can all agree that OW was mismanaged. I only voiced my opinion, that I am glad that its over and they dont try to operate/create 2 different games with only one team. That would never have worked to begin with.

Good for you, but you spending the money is huge part of the problem. You are allowing Blizz to make these scams. If you don’t like Blizz, then why give them money to support how awful they are? Take your quote “It doesn´t make any sense…”
Good job, me too. Blizzard has made me all the hope for this game and I hate that I tried to invest my time into it to try to like it again to hype myself up for the upcoming PVE. It was all for nothing and it makes sense that we don’t want to have anything to do with this scam game anymore. How do people defend spending anything on Blizz at this point really shows how gamers are weak-minded that they allow companies to shait all over them and then they even pay for more.
I was spending money back in OW1, when I didn´t know, what they do.

Have we really all just accepted this lie as truth? It’s wild that there’s such a widespread effort to just blatantly lie. PVE is not cancelled. The main portion of PVE isn’t cancelled either. People are overreacting.

Idk, I am enjoying PVP mode and nobody is forcing me to pay. I also hate them for how they treat this game and their players, but at the same time I enjoy to play this game. doesn´t mean I am ok with their crap tho…
I enjoyed the Hell out of Overwatch 1 and I stuck with in until Overwatch 2 and like everyone else. I saw PvE was still coming and got the Watchpoint Pack. OW 2 showed they have no idea how to balance the game with months going by without a single tweak… Unacceptable how they still 3 Seasons later have no idea what balance is. I hard stopped after Season 1. So I waited to hear about PvE which was promised and is now canceled. I don’t really want to have another escort story missing where characters talk around pushing a payload with NPC characters… its not what they had going in the 2019 trailer. What they have done has to be borderline Illegal.

you may not be paying for anything, but it doesn’t change much to them, because as long as enough people play, enough whales will log on and spend $$$$ on battles passes and skins that compensate them.
you log off with others who don’t pay, it’s just whales v whales and then whales get bored, log off. game dies.

what I am saying is:
you uninstalling the game = whales (people who spend lots of $$) have less people to play with, get bored, and uninstall…
and if the $$ makers uninstall, whales, then bliz loses money and is forced to act or give up.
I mean the main game PvE is canceled. We still get (in my opinion) the most important part: the story and hero missions with lore background. So while we have lost most of it, the piece that OW1 players wanted (back then in 2016-2018) is still there: the story missions. I agree with that. Just not the pipe dream of a Destiny 2 like game that they try to build up with a active game running at the side that they have a manage.
Do you really believe it will be more than Extra Dialog while we push a payload that iss guarded by Omnics… They said the new Junkenstien was a combination of all their new PvE tech. Just crazy to think some 2019 Prototype is better than years of work…
