Good job man! Honestly. The matchmaker works VERY WELL when teams play to try and coordinate. It breaks when there are throwers/leavers/“practice-ers” that get into comp.
For example, I can try and play Mcree in a diamond game… and get absolutely get schooled. But matchmaker doesn’t realize I will play Mcree in that game despite never having played Mcree. THAT’s a big flaw in the matchmaker and it’s an issue blizzard is aware of.
Right now, just play your best class of heroes, as much as possible. It’s amazing how reliably I can rank up when I play tanks, vs. dps. I’m just a garbage DPS.
