Just because a person quits the game doesn’t mean that they are gonna stop reading the forums or hoping for improvements to a game that they still like but find unenjoyable to play for various reasons.
It is good that people make it known to Blizzard that their inability to fix bugs in a timely fashion is unacceptable. It’s not like Blizzard is a small company with limited resources to address the ongoing issues.
It’s frankly embarrassing that a company of Blizzard’s size takes a painfully long time to do anything; whether it’s releasing new content, fixing bugs or balancing heroes. And it’s not just in OW. Blizzard is known to move at a snail’s pace, but WHY? In the past they’ve claimed to move slow with patches because they wanted quality, but that isn’t what we’re getting here; far from it.
I don’t know why anybody would want to defend Blizzard over this when more people need to be calling them out on it and holding them accountable.
