Well your graphics card does meets minimum system requirements but it does not meet recommended so you are going to be limited on what settings you can optimally run Overwatch on. You could take a look at my guide for tips though:

also another question I have 8 gb of ram but I can only use 5.11
I dont know what is recommended for OW but I imagine its more than 5.11
sooo could that also be the problem?
