I need help concerning the All-Access pass thing

Hi there, it’s my first time posting on the forums and I need a bit of help.

I recently purchased the All-Access pass on Twitch. I was looking forward on receiving the new Lucio legendary emote. I already linked my twitch account and blizzard account. I logged in in-game and I didn’t receive any of the promised loot of the All-Access pass. Am I missing something? I really need someone’s help on this.

I think you have to claim it from twitch as well.
