Out of curiosity, are you referring to her ultimate? You miss the mass Rez over Valk, is that correct?
Not necessarily. Even just having the freedom to NOT have a forced ability every 30 seconds.

That’s what really gets me
They added so much more depth to her kit, and her abilities, but people complain she’s one-dimensional
I mean before you couldn’t even Bunny Hop or Super jump; those were added

In my opinion she had one of the highest skill ceilings in the game. Yeah I know that’s crazy thing to hear but it’s how I felt. Her kit used effectively was incredibly game changing and the difference between the worst Mercy and the best was massive. Now the difference is barely visible.
I wouldn’t describe her like that at all. She still requires skill. I’d argue that she requires more skill than before.

I really struggle to see it that way. They just narrowed her down and nerfed her several times. Her ultimate is just guardian angel with a small boost. Her rez has no strategy besides looking for cover.
The game changed, now healers who have to make actual choices make the differences.
No. Just, no.
You should already know that they’ve stated time and again that:
- Mercy is fine
- and that she will not be reverted.
Don’t like it? Find another hero to main. Don’t wanna do that either? Find a different game.

Knowing when to rez in combat and if you can pull it off
Knowing which target to heal during Valk to spread the most effect around
There’s plenty of new different stuff she can do that she never could before.
Sure she heals slightly less, but it’s still constant and consistent. She doesn’t run out of ammo, she doesn’t have to reload, she can’t miss, she can’t waste resource.
That’s why Mercy will ALWAYS be a decent pick now. She isn’t this 1 dimensional; Heal hurt target, Damage boost full target, Ult when team is dead
The only issue holding her back is the lack of DPS in the meta

What happened to valueing the consumer? If a developer says something is fine than screw me? I have been playing other games, you should worry about players leaving yours.
