it never worked as the devs intended it to be. The experimental mode is way better, and alot more feedback comes in from there, while on PTR maybe less then 1% ever put a foot on it.
fast edit: if you mean the part about testing new heroes, welp, we are over that a year already. shame but cant be changed…
also pretty funny how they fooled the community with the kanezaka fox girl right before blizzcon
