I like the buff, it makes Reaper able to do his job up close, I think his damage is now a bit overtuned however.
He wont get used high up regardless, and lower ranks are so full of snipers/hitscans…I dunno. It just sucks for tanks, yet another hero being played alot (like Junk, then Brig, then Doom…) that wrecks tanks. Not good for GOATS for same reason Cree isnt - you dont want to be down there 5 feet from 3 tanks+brig, you aint gonna win that brawl…
I dunno. he is like bastion or pharah now, where you gotta deal with the reaper, someone can just swap mcree and easy enough but you have to deal with him. Seems fair? Again, with the new lifesteal he could lose a bit of damage, but the lifesteal was needed. Before the buff he got trashed by all the other close range heroes and quite a few non-close range heroes. Now he can stand up in cqc to most anything (except Mei, of course, because Satan).
