I think you are just that person that hopps into the newest and freshest game at the moment. OW is still a massive played game and I mean massive. Remember For Honor? Me neither. Also a hyped game that is now almost dead. And now its Frontnite… wait a few months. Then the Frontnite hype is over and we will see how much is left. PubGs peak time is already over and calms down now mostly because of frontnite. Overwatch now exists almost 2 years and is still played a lot. THAT is a definition of a AAA game. Its maybe just your own personal feeling that you need to have the newest game. Such people exits.

You say the community is toxic, but I have never seen a single toxic person in my games except for a few times. It could just be that I’m on console, so communication is virtually non-existant, but my point still stands that Overwatch is not as toxic as you perceive it to be.

I almost dont play competitive at all and this is the first blizzard game i have ever played (and the only blizzard game i own) guess i am special snowflake

I’m neither an esports fan nor a Blizzard fan, well at least I wasn’t, OW was the first Blizzard game I’ve played and I love it. I still enjoy it. Why?

Cuz I love the different character playstyles, cuz I try to do better, cuz i enjoy the events and cuz i like the lore of the game.

You can say it’s dying all you want, doesn’t change the fact that you’re wrong

There’s plenty of evidence. I can tell just by looking at my friends list and getting matched with the same players over and over again at night on PS4.

If he is not into that why would he watch it? He is not interested in game and he doesn’t like it so I don’t think that he watch OW videos…

Fortnite and Overwatch are vastly different games. Fortnite is an over the shoulder battle royale where you have to scavenge and fight for the one life you have, and make sure you are the last man standing. OW is a team based, moba/fps hybrid, with different objectives, casual and comp modes, a custom game browser, a variety of characters to choose from, and several different maps. Also, you respawn in Overwatch, so your game isnt over because of a cheap shot behind your back.
