Im mid game and then the players will starting glitching across the screen like a bad movie of the matrix . Then i will do the same and then it , kicks me out and says lost connection with server . And then to top it off i get suspended. Even though i never left the game intentionally

The glitch might be your GPU failing, the disconnection is just that something happened to disrupt your stream to the game and so the game kicks you out.
What region are you playing in btw?
there could be a cheater in one of ur games, ( your team or the either team) and they started to DDOS the server when they start losing.
Server has been disconnecting randomly for many players too
