In the previous season 8 I have reached top 500 and I have not received the top 500 icon, it is blocked from reaching 240 in the tank attached photos and I want you to give me the player icon

Unfortunately, Top 500 player icons and sprays are exclusive to Overwatch 1 and are no longer earnable.
