Did you guys learn nothing from dps doomfist having a character that just blows cooldowns in your face to kill you isnt fun and thats coming from a doomfist main also what happend to getting rid of burst damage wasnt that the whole point of season 9 so why did you release a hero that goes against the whole reason the big health change happend in season 9 make it make sense
so with how she is she’s either gonna be good and frustrating or bad and annoying also who thought it was a good idea to let her deal damage with a imor ability i understand how to beat her its not hard it just boggles my mind on why you made venture the way she is

Had issues with her the first few days, but now that I know her sounds and her ranges, she’s not so bad. Have to stay on someone at least minimally mobile, but otherwise no issues. You deal with her like dealing with Reaper. Don’t get in her effective fire range and watch for her using a cooldown to approach.
Activision infested OW with a ton of stuff they drug over from COD. Flashpoint, the BP, the overpriced skins, the droning music at the beginning of the game, and some other things I forgot. OW2 is basically COD 2.1.

my only issue with this braindead character is i really dont think we needed yet another dps who can stall points for 2000 years…esp. while being invulnerable.
dont forget can stall the point then also do damage with said stall ability venture needs to be looked at already along with mauga becuase mauga is either useless or op no in between
Play Pharah or Echo. Or anyone with range. They absolutely annihilate Venture.
Venture is a brawler DPS, they’re a beast in close range and-- basically nothing at a distance.
Just don’t let Venture get close to you. Stay far away from them and just smack their health down.
They’re basically just a more easily mobile version of Reaper. You don’t wanna be in his face either.
If the hero counters Reaper, they probably counter Venture.
Also, Reaper can also stall the point by going Wraith form…
That’s basically what Venture is doing when they burrow…
The main difference between them, however, is that Venture isn’t very good against tanks.
That’s still very much Reaper’s job.
id like their shift to not displace people and their ult to do a bit less or have less charges

Exactly. I really don’t get all the Venture complaints. She has plenty of counters and weaknesses. There’s even Pharah for anyone who wants to beat her on easy mode.
I think Venture could use some reduction into what I call CR (crowd randomizer). (instead of CC) The kit really disturbs the fluidity of the game. Even after any other boop except for maybe junkrat, you know where you are going, and this happens too frequently. I think their primary fire should have a farther distance, but only have the explosion/detonation hitbox for up to 10-15 ft. Reduced damage while underground, or lessen the duration or speed while moving away, having to use dash for a proper escape. This would make Venture less forgiving for making a mistake. Oh and not to mention the indication of where Ventur’s damage is coming from is difficult to read.
