i understand dva been great but this meta is a no no… too much cc and as a dps player its not fun getting stun then brusted on (aka low skill heroes are top of the line and high skill heroes expected doom fist and widow are trash)
I agree here, but D.va shouldn’t be the “catch all” anti-CC hero. It’s good that there are things her matrix won’t eat, she already eats too much and it’s the reason her DM got nerfed over and over. More heroes with anti-CC measures would be preferable to making D.va even better at it.

buff dva back to original and another engery hero that can counter her better than sym and zayra (hopefully it can be a support hero
we need dva DM to eat cc so the game can be more fast pace like it use to be… add more CC in the game is killing the fun when over watch was fun for heroes and fast gameplay you saying she eats to much…well duh why you think she was one of the best hero picks back then because she stop all this mess… i dont even like dva but i relize a mess when i see one and right now she the only one who can clean it up till there another anti cc hero stop making the lower skill heroes so rewarding
The only thing she needs is DM cooldown back down to one second, and the DM range back to 15m, with the caveat that they redo the visual so it’s clear what is being covered by it.
Sigma rock is important and should give sigma aggression priority over dva.

As much as I’d love this, Blizzard is very adversed to going back on changes. Though I do think chopping off 5 meters was way too harsh. They should buff it up by at least 1 meter. They should also bring the CD back down to 1 second.

I’m fine with her not being able to eat this. Genji can’t deflect it, and Sigma himself can’t eat it.

That’s just the arrow appearing on the other side of the wall right in front of D.Va.
DM always had LOS checks, which have caused many bugs in the past, latest a few months ago when it wouldn’t block anything if DM touched a wall.
This is actually a really good point I havent heard before. Making rock eat-able would really dumb down the sigma v sigma interaction.

Her Ult is still good, she is still in a good spot.
Maybe you need to get better with her, instead of trying to get buffs for an already good character.
D.va still needs buffs but i absolutely agree with a fortify damage reduction nerf to 25%
Her ult has been one of the worst in the game since forever. It’s right there with Primal Rage and Meteor Strike, statistically.

The first buff is a global buff for l tanks with armor. A change that was made in an effort to reduce the effectiveness of GOATs which is no longer an issue.
Many of Dva nerfs were during GOATs. Whereas in 2-2-2, she is not a viable choice as a tank when other tanks do what she does only better. Yes, she can sort of dive and sort of positionally tank, but players will tend to gravitate toward heroes that have higher synergies or greater effectiveness.
As such, my suggestions are only partial walk backs on some nerfs Dva has had to DM. The only one that isn’t is a Crit box reduction.
As noted in my post, she has the 3rd largest crit box in the game, but the only one that is center mass inside of the largest hit box in the game. Misses in her crit box will be hits in her hit box.
Reducing the crit box slightly won’t change this, but it will help her sustainability in dealing with direct fire a bit better. Even then I’d consider a small reduction, no more than 15% but probably closer to 10%.
Maybe it’s my own sense of balance changes, but I prefer a series of small tweaks and testing rather than major huge changes. And I feel the suggestion of 300 hp / 300 armor walks that line to be honest.
Yet it is one of the most consistent request for Dva to be tested with that change since they started changing her armor and how values.
