while literally connecting to a game it gave me a suspension after i got a “Failed to connect” message. it said i had found a game…failed to connect…then suspended me.

You will get suspended, banned etc in ow a lot even if you don’t do anything shady or toxic. I got suspended for spam and advertisement last time (I do neither).
To be honest I was banned back in ow1 for toxicity which was “okay”. I liked to call out mercy players who refused to heal the team and kept pocketing, sometimes in a mildly toxic way so I accept that, but for spam and advertising? Its very clear no1 reviews the reports, its all automatic and is just not worth thinking about. Register another acc and play if you want or uninstall and forget the game even exists.

it has to do with a select group here and the company’s lead that know nothing about gamer demographics.
They really have never worked in a computer store and sold or fixed computers for people enough to know that

and they will just say “well dont play video games if you aren’t us and have the same equipment.”
Oh well, their time will eventually come where either they run out of money, are faced with an ISP that falters eventually in their equipment upgrade schedule or the weird random crash happens and they haven’t a clue that it was a windows update or a cyber attack on their ISP that randomly occurs.
