You unlock the prestige tier which awards titles at: 85, 95, 105, 120, 135, 155, 175, 200.
That’s pretty poor rewards for grinding so much
compared to OW1 getting you tons of lootboxes and duplicate coins for all that grinding which you could buy anything with

I’m happy with my purchase 
I do wish I had purchased it sooner, however being the first season I wanted to grind out at least some of the BP with my friends.
I’ll be purchasing all BP’s on day 1 moving forward, and really looking forward to it actually. I know every season will have its own theme, and am looking forward to what’s in store next time

I’m unironically going to do this. I’m lvl 80 in the bp, not paying for the premium track or shop skins, levels/borders are gone, already soloed up into masters on OW1 and I don’t like the comp visibility changes. Probably not going to even come back for the next character because I don’t think I want to grind to 55 for them…
I think I’m done. It was fun, I hated it, I loved it.

If it offered something of value then the Battle Pass would not be finished at 80 and instead we would have to grind to 200 to finish the pass. I would rather not have to grind to 200 in order to have all the important items from the Battle Pass every season. I will for sure do it this season but every season is a tad much.
What’s after 200? I’m only on like 103 or something because I took a break for a couple days.

Any levels past 80/200 point won’t even transfer to the next battle pass as reward/currency for anything.

I just got they’re communicating the BP keeps going after 200 which I found interesting as I’d heard people mention it goes higher. Unsure why you’re being so toxic to them…? 
Unsure but it would be cool if there was some type of ‘bonus’ for over-leveling (maybe a small % boost for next season)…

My comment was literally one of the most baby questions I one could ask, and that’s toxicity? I was curious as to why someone would want to brag about paying for a battle pass title, as the title implies they were, and that’s being toxic?
I suppose I should just uncritically go along with everything if I don’t want to be toxic, right?

Hearthstone does a similar thing (can level to 400 on BP) but you get small gold (credits) rewards on that.
Maybe OW might do something similar in future?

You mean besides literally asking a question? Instead of giving you another one, I’ll give you a statment or two:
If a comment like mine broke the TOS, then no one could ever have a conversation on here. The moment one person has a dissenting opinion, they’d be considered “toxic” or accused of breaking the TOS.
Clearly, I wasn’t happy with the idea of swiping a credit card, and then bragging like that’s a positive gameplay loop. However, instead of berating the OP for it, I decided to ask first.
There is no reasoning. The reality is I just do it because I want to, and I can.
I could say that I love this game, and it’s been a part of my life for a long time and I’m happy to support it’s development and longevity.
I could say that I’m impatient, and I just want the things right away.
I could say that I like the reaction I get from people in the first few weeks, be they positive or negative.
I could say many things.
Without getting personal though, the reality is, there is no reasoning. I’m well off, and I merely do it because I can, and I want to.

But IG it’s their money at the end of the day, but if they’re still playing after that, then they’re most likely gonna level way more enough to have gotten both either way lol
