Because lots of kids bought into this esport and have a reasonable expectation of ladder integrity. Yet they continue to be rigged on, every single lobby. They want their skills fairly assessed and labelled and they want their progression to be legitimate, not handicapped.
I worry about what it says for esports and gaming industry at large. The industry needs to move towards more transparency, accountability, integrity. Both internally but of course externally, in terms of products/services.
As a customer, you deserve better treament. The game is a rigged cesspool worthy of lawsuits.
